We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order with IMOG.

By placing an order or making a purchase from IMOG, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Return & Refund Policy

All products purchased from IMOG are non-refundable.

Products can be exchanged only under the following circumstances:

  • Product damaged during transit – If the product is damaged during delivery.

  • Manufacturing defect – If the product has a genuine defect resulting from the manufacturing process.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges are allowed, subject to product and size availability.

A ₹100 courier charge will be applicable for size exchanges.

Please ensure that you carefully check our size chart before placing your order.

Products Cannot Be Exchanged or Orders Cancelled If:

  • The exchange request is not raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product has been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The product is not in its original condition.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

  • The order has already been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact IMOG within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange an exchange according to our policy.

Important Note

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by IMOG.

We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package, especially if the parcel appears damaged upon delivery. This can help us process any damage-related claims more efficiently.
