Thank you for shopping with IMOG. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

All products sold by IMOG are non-refundable.

We do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size Exchange (subject to availability)

  • Damaged Product received during transit

Size Exchange

  • Size exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • A $10 USD re-shipping fee will be charged for international size exchanges.

Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact IMOG within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number, clear photos of the product, and the packaging.

  • Once approved, IMOG will send a replacement at no additional product cost.

Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product has been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

  • The damage is caused after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
